MDI Murshidabad successfully completed 3 days MDP on “Foundations of Corporate Management, Strategic Alignment and Interpersonal Dynamics” for the Executives of MSTC Limited

MDI Murshidabad successfully conducted a three-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on ‘Foundations of Corporate Management, Strategic Alignment and Interpersonal Dynamics’ for the executives of MSTC Limited from 24th–26th August 2026.

The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Jayanthi Ranjan, Director, MDI Murshidabad; Dr. Amrita Sengupta, Chairperson – Executive Education, MDP & Consulting, and Programme Director; Dr. Souvik Banerjee, Chairperson – FPM; Dr. Yogita Abichandani, Chairperson Alumni, Dr. Neha Jain, Chairperson-PGDM, and Shri Raj Rohit Khalkho, Manager (P&A) MSTC Limited.

The programme provided engaging sessions focused on strengthening managerial perspectives, understanding strategic alignment, and exploring the role of interpersonal dynamics in effective leadership and organisational success, enabling participants to strengthen their managerial capabilities through interactive learning and expert-led sessions. Outbound Activities, Management Games and interactive sessions created some marked changes in their way of thinking.
