The concept implies that the food we eat and its ingredients were sourced directly from the farm where they were grown. Farm to fork provides a more detailed picture of where the products come from, as most of our food is procured through vendors and large distributors. It sheds a light on farms and farmers who work hard.

Dr. Ramesh founded Villamart, a startup to empower rural India through a retail chain of farm produce, rural products, and daily consumable items, and intended to create a sustainable livelihood through research & innovation for each small problem of rural life.Mr. Lokesh is the promoter of AgMart. Agriculture value chains have been employed since the turn of the millennium. It usually refers to the entire set of commodities and services required for an agricultural product to go from a farm to its final customer. Recent trends raise an increasingly pressing challenge about the long-term viability of wealth production. Extreme weather unpredictability, rising food demand, a huge difference in agricultural productivity between India and its regional neighbors, and the need to regulate food prices and import pulses to fulfill demand have all emphasized the need for India to reconsider its approach and tackle the disruptions ahead.

Mr. Nikhil Tripathi is a technocrat with an entrepreneurial spirit, evident from his personality and profile. Mr. Tripathi is a B. tech graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Meghalaya, and began his career in management consulting as an associate business analyst at ZS Associates, where he worked on data science projects. Mr. Tripathi was also a core team member with Gabasco Pvt ltd. Then in April 2019, he went ahead with his idea of reimagining the agriculture trade by Bridging the gaps in the Agri-Supply chain existing at a ground level for traders and farmers. With his Determination and Experience in the industry, Mr. Tripathi has founded Bijak. Bijak is a platform that develops a B2B platform for agricultural commodities positioned towards MSME buyers and sellers. Further, it provides many other facilities such as Payment Gateway, building networks across the world, Ratings & reviews, bookkeeping of all the transactions at one-stop these are few. Since its launch, Bijak has expanded across 22 states, 400 regions, with 80+ commodities available.
