An evening of cherished memories, meaningful conversations, and renewed connections brought Mandevians together in Kolkata.

MDI Murshidabad’s alumni came together in Kolkata for the Alumni Chapter Meet, celebrating the enduring bond they share with their alma mater and fellow Mandevians. The gathering was filled with familiar faces, nostalgic stories, and laughter, creating an opportunity for alumni to reconnect and relive cherished memories of their campus days.

The evening featured engaging games and interactive activities that brought back the spirit of campus life, encouraging alumni to share experiences and strengthen their connections with one another.

The gathering also featured addresses by Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan, Director, MDI Murshidabad, and Dr. Yogita Abichandani, Chairperson, Annexes – Alumni Relations Committee, MDI Murshidabad. Their addresses highlighted the strength of the MDIM alumni network, the importance of nurturing lifelong relationships, and the value of maintaining a strong connection with the institute.

For MDI Murshidabad, its alumni remain an integral part of the institute’s journey and legacy. Beyond professional achievements and individual milestones, the bond between MDI Murshidabad and its alumni reflects a shared sense of pride, belonging, and commitment to the institution.

The institute extends its sincere appreciation to Annexes – Alumni Relations Committee for organising the gathering and to all the alumni who participated and made the evening memorable. Their presence and enthusiasm reaffirmed the importance of creating opportunities for Mandevians to reconnect, exchange experiences, and celebrate their shared journey.

As the evening came to a close, one sentiment remained at the heart of the gathering: the connection with one’s alma mater continues long after graduation.

Once a Mandevian, always a Mandevian.
