Four-day MDP on “Leading and Managing in the 21st Century” for the Executives of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited.

MDI Murshidabad has successfully completed a 4 days Management Development Program on “Leading and Managing in the 21st Century” for the executives of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (A Government of India Undertaking- Ministry of Defence) scheduled between 01st – 02nd (Module-I) & 08th – 09th September 2023 (Module-II) held at Kolkata.

In Module-I participants got value addition on Creation and Management of Projects Efficiently, Effectively Managing Time, Cost and Quality Performance in Projects, Digitization for Business Effectiveness and Managing Digital Transformation. The Program which consisted of participants from Senior Level officials of GRSE highly benefited the participants and received a lot of appreciation.
