Four-day MDP on “Leading and Managing in the 21st Century” for the Executives of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited.

MDI Murshidabad has successfully completed a 4 days Management Development Program on “Leading and Managing in the 21st Century” for the executives of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (A Government of India Undertaking- Ministry of Defence) scheduled between 01st – 02nd (Module-I) & 08th – 09th September 2023 (Module-II) held at Kolkata.

In Module-II participants got value addition on Effective Leadership-Managing Roles and Interpersonal Skills through experiential learning. The Program which consisted of participants from Senior Level officials of GRSE highly benefited the participants and received a lot of appreciation.
