Profile

  • Dr. Neha Jain is a dynamic academician with two decades of experience in higher education, research, and writing. She holds a Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. in English Literature from Barkatullah University, Bhopal and has further expanded her academic repertoire with an M.Phil. from Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati. Her interdisciplinary approach is supported by an MBA in Human Resources and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communication & Journalism from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore. In pursuit of global teaching excellence, Dr. Jain earned an International Advanced 280-hour Diploma in TEFL/TESOL with a specialization in Young Learners and Business English from the Asian College of Teachers, Bangalore, in collaboration with TBC Canada. She is also TEFL/TESOL-certified by the TESOL Board Canada. Additionally, she holds a prestigious certification in “Productivity Enhancement” from the National Open Colleges Network, UK, in collaboration with the World Confederation of Productivity Science and the Institute of Productivity, UK.
  • One of her most distinguished contributions, the book edited by her ‘CISF – The Force of the Future’, was released by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, alongside General V.K. Singh, then Union Cabinet Minister on March 10th 2019, in New Delhi
  • Dr. Neha Jain has also been nominated with an Assessorship by UGC-NAAC empowering her to serve as a Peer Team Member for evaluating colleges and universities during official NAAC accreditation visits. This prestigious role reflects her academic integrity, expertise, and contribution to maintaining and enhancing quality standards in higher education.
  • Dr. Neha Jain has successfully organized and hosted several international conferences, demonstrating exceptional leadership and event management capabilities. Among the distinguished guests she has hosted are prominent dignitaries, including the then Honorable Governor of Karnataka, Sri Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala; the Honorable Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka, Sri H.K. Patil; and the then Cabinet Minister, Sri D.K. Shivakumar. Her efforts in bringing together esteemed policymakers and intellectuals have significantly contributed to the success and prestige of these international events.
  • Dr. Jain also had the esteemed opportunity to meet the Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. Her consistent engagement with influential leaders reflects her commitment to academic excellence and nation-building through dialogue and collaboration.

Her teaching expertise spans Business Communication, Business English, Professional English, Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, Organizational Behavior, Communicative English and English Literature & Language.

Previously, she held academic roles at Amity University as Professor -ASLA, contributing extensively to curriculum development and interdisciplinary research initiatives that bridged language with leadership and soft skills. Her visionary leadership was most prominent during her tenure as the Dean and Professor at the School of Humanities, K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram. In this role, she spearheaded numerous academic reforms and fostered an environment of innovation and critical thinking.

Her academic journey also includes serving as the Professor and Head of the Department of Languages at Presidency University, Bangalore, where she played a crucial role in institutional accreditation and quality enhancement initiatives.

At Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore (Autonomous), she held the position of Professor and Head of the Department of English, where she introduced progressive pedagogical frameworks to align English education with global communication standards.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Jain served as the Vice Principal at Seshadripuram First Grade College, Yelahanka, Bangalore, where she was instrumental in academic administration, faculty development, and student engagement.

With each role, Dr. Neha Jain has exemplified a commitment to academic excellence, strategic leadership, and the holistic development of educational institutions. Her multifaceted experience continues to influence and inspire the next generation of educators and scholars.

Professor Dr. Neha Jain has made remarkable and lasting contributions to the field of women empowerment, particularly in rural India. With unwavering dedication, she has championed initiatives that aim to educate, uplift, and inspire women from underserved communities, leaving an indelible mark on the nation’s social development landscape. Among her flagship efforts is The Prerna – Teaching Rural Women, a community outreach initiative aimed at empowering women in Rajankunte, Bangalore. Under the slogan “Chalo Gaon Ki Aur!”, this program reached out to rural women and also extended to Government school students from 9th to 12th standard in Jaipur. Through this hands-on initiative, Dr. Jain has provided essential skills and mentorship, enabling these women and students to enhance their socio-economic prospects.

Dr. Neha Jain has an impressive portfolio of academic and professional contributions. She has published six articles in Leaders’ Globe Magazine and has authored or edited nine books across various disciplines. Her research accomplishments include the publication of over 75 national and international papers with ISBN numbers, and several international research papers in reputed journals and conferences carrying ISSN numbers. Additionally, she holds four patents, reflecting her innovative and research-driven approach. Dr. Jain has also contributed scholarly work to UGC-recognized, Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals, further establishing her as a credible and impactful voice in academia.
