Shefali Mohapatra is a seasoned People & Culture leader with over 25 years of experience in building high-performing, people-centric organisations across industries. She is recognised for her expertise in people strategy, leadership development, organisational transformation, and creating progressive workplace cultures that support sustainable business growth.

Shefali is best known for her 15-year tenure at Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT), where she served as a founding leader and Chief People Officer. She played a key role in scaling ACT from a start-up into one of India’s leading broadband companies while helping build an award-winning workplace culture recognised by Gallup and Great Place to Work®. As a member of the Executive Committee, she also contributed to board-level discussions on strategy, people risk, and ESG priorities.

Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles with Levi Strauss India, Reliance Retail, VF Arvind Brands, and Agro Tech Foods, where she led initiatives in talent management, employee development, performance systems, and organisational effectiveness. Her career reflects a consistent track record of enabling growth through strong people practices.

Shefali has completed HRM from MDI Gurgaon, executive education at INSEAD and Wharton Business School and holds certification in psychodynamic leadership coaching. In 2024, she founded The Third Perspective, a global coaching and consulting firm focused on leadership transformation, culture building, and organisational capability development. She brings to boards a strong blend of strategic insight, business acumen, and deep understanding of human behaviour.
