Management Development Institute Murshidabad, a Host Institute under the MSME Innovative Scheme (Incubation Component) of the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, invites applications for MSME Idea Hackathon 6.0.
The Hackathon aims to identify and support innovative, technology-driven ideas with the potential to address challenges in the MSME sector and contribute to India’s vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat <=> Make in India <=> Viksit Bharat @2047
Who Can Apply?
Applications are invited from Indian citizens (18 years and above) under the following categories:
- MSMEs (with a valid Udyam Registration Number)
- Students (with a valid Student Identity)
- Individual Innovators, Entrepreneurs, Academic Researchers, Technocrats, Retired Experts and Working Professionals
Focus Areas: Renewable Energy || Energy Efficiency || Automotive Technology || Industry 4.0 & 5.0 || Robotics & Automation || Other Frontier Technologies
Ideas addressing marketing & branding, ideation, technology development, co-creation, social innovation, entrepreneurship, open innovation and business model innovation are encouraged.
Support for Selected Ideas:
Successful applicants will receive:
- Financial assistance of up to ₹15 lakh for prototype development.
- Incubation, mentoring, technical guidance, and commercialisation support through MDI Murshidabad under the Ministry of MSME’s Incubation Scheme.
