VIRTUAL STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Students at MDI Murshidabad were recently invited to a virtual Student Exchange Program with their counterparts at Santa Fe College, Florida, USA.

Led by Dr. Rimjhim Banerjee Batist from Santa Fe College and Dr. Yogita Abichandani from MDI Murshidabad, the program delved into how managers navigate organizational leadership in diverse social and cultural settings. The program encompassed interviews with managers from both countries, followed by insightful comparisons of managerial practices. Collaborative groups, comprising students from both institutions, conducted interviews with managers from the respective nations and highlighted the disparities and similarities in managerial approaches, providing a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources.

The program turned out to be a great learning experience for MDIM students contributing to their growth and deepening their insights. We express gratitude to Santa Fe college for offering this opportunity and anticipate maintaining ongoing relationships with the esteemed Institution.
