Management Development Institute Murshidabad (MDIM) successfully concluded a two days MDP on Sustainable Development for Senior Executives of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. The Programme was conducted at the MDIM campus between 8th to 9th December 2025.
The inaugural session was graced by our Director Prof. Ajay K Jain, Dean-Continuing Education Prof. Biranchi Narayan Swar, Program Directors- Dr. Sunil Giri, Dr. Souvik Banerjee and Dr. Neeraj Singhal. The inaugural session was also graced by the eminent presence of Shri. Jisto Nongbri, ED(RS), ER-IOCL, Smt. Indrani Maji, GM(HRD, MS, L&D-ER-IOCL) and Shri. Manish Choudhury, SM(L&D),ER- IOCL. The training sessions were conducted by the distinguished faculty members of MDIM and subject experts from IOCL jointly.
The content of the programme is thoughtfully curated by the Program Directors to focus on balancing economic growth, social well-being, and environmental protection in context of operation of IOCL.
