MDI Murshidabad inaugurates Management Development Programme on Power of Negotiation and Conflict Management for Senior Executives of West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited (WBPDCL).

MDI Murshidabad successfully commenced a Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Power of Negotiation and Conflict Management” for the Senior Executives of West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited (WBPDCL). The three days training program to be conducted at MDI Murshidabad Campus, from 11th June till 13th June 2025.

In today’s dynamic and interconnected world, the ability to negotiate effectively and manage conflicts with empathy and strategy is not just a skill, but a necessity. The program explores how negotiation can be a tool for collaboration, not confrontation, and how conflicts, when managed well, can lead to stronger relationships and better outcomes. The course design stressed on application-based exercises and interactive sessions to accelerate the trainees’ learning curve.

The program was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Ajay K Jain, Director, Dr. Biranchi Narayan Swar, Dean- Continuous Education, Dr. Amrita Sengupta, Programme Director and Chairperson-Continuous Education in presence of other senior faculty members of MDI Murshidabad.
